Fresh, locally sourced ingredients are masterly prepared by our Head Chef Joe Hurley to create attractively presented dishes that will delight your taste buds. Chef Joe Hurley has been a member of the team at Killarney Royal since 1985 and has built a strong reputation among the local community in Killarney. The dishes which are just bursting with flavour are served by attentive, friendly staff who will endeavour to ensure your dining experience is exceptional at the Killarney Royal Hotel. With a menu featuring traditional Irish cuisine as well as a range of game, meat and fresh seafood dishes, there is something to tempt and please everyone.

The Candle Room Restaurant is also available for private functions, and whatever your celebration, it can be enhanced by our delicious lunch and dinner menus, crisp fresh white linens and elegantly dressed tables, and of course we cannot forget our friendly and professional staff who will ensure excellent service throughout the night. Fully accessible, the Candle Room can cater for groups of up to 120 persons.
Killarney Royal’s extensive breakfast is also served in our dining room. Our continental buffet offers a selection of freshly squeezed juices, pastries, cereal and hot dishes to set you up for the day ahead. Although there is a very large choice available, the Full Irish Breakfast remains a firm favourite and is sure to satisfy the hungriest of guests.
