Killarney Royal assumes no liability for any item that is mislaid or left behind by a guest. Any item that is found and has been left behind after a guest’s departure, with the exception of perishable items, will be collected, logged, and stored in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to 3 Months. Should you discover that you have left any item behind, we encourage you to contact the hotel immediately and our team will assist in locating the lost item for you.
Killarney Royal will be delighted to return any lost items that are found to the owner where possible. The hotel will contact you to request your postal address and credit card details for payment of the packaging and postage fees. Killarney Royal is not responsible for any item that be lost or misdirected during the shipping process.
